Portfolio > Lake Street

This was my thesis project at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. It was concerned with the gentrification of Lake Street in Minneapolis in 2006. I walked the entire street going both ways and captured a panoramic image of the street to document before the change. Then I surveyed the people on the street, investigated the history of its buildings/residents, and researched the plans for what it was transforming into.
